DWL Construction Corp. is run by Vlad out of Lloydminster. Stone and stucco, full exterior renovations, and full interior renovations for homeowners within an hour's drive. We supply and install. That's the whole company.
The story
Started in stone. Grew into the whole house.
Vlad has been laying stone and stucco and running renovations for years across Alberta and Saskatchewan. DWL Construction Corp. was registered when it was clear Lloydminster needed a renovation crew that lived in town, not one that drove in from Edmonton and wouldn't come back for a touch-up.
The work spans the whole house now. Stone and stucco on the outside. Full exterior renovations that tie the envelope together. Bathrooms, custom showers and glass, flooring, railings, popcorn removal, and paint on the inside. We supply and install all of it. Same crew, same standards, no subbing out to whoever's free that week.
We stay small on purpose. Two to four people on most jobs, and Vlad runs the quote and the schedule himself. Scale up by stacking crews and you stop watching the work, and the work starts drifting. Call DWL and Vlad is the person who answers, quotes, and signs off.

- ×Quote you over the phone without seeing the site. That's how customers get blindsided by change orders.
- ×Take a deposit and disappear for two months. If we can't start within a reasonable window, we'll say so and you'll have your options.
- ×Sub out to whoever's available. The crew that quotes is the crew that shows up.
We always will
- ✓Reply to a quote request within 24 hours on a business day. Same day if you call before 4 p.m.
- ✓Send written quotes with line-item materials and a real start date, not a verbal estimate.
- ✓Come back if something needs adjusting after we've left. We live 15 minutes away.
