A bathroom touches demo, waterproofing, tile, glass, paint, and trim. Hand each piece to a different sub and the schedule slips every time one of them no-shows. The shower waits on the tiler, the tiler waits on the plumber, and you wait on all of them.
We run the whole interior as one job. Bathroom to flooring to paint, supplied and installed by the same crew, so the handoffs happen inside our schedule instead of between four phone numbers.
Scope
What this service actually covers.
Bathrooms, custom showers & glass
Full bathroom renovations, custom-built showers, and frameless glass measured and installed on site. Large-format porcelain, herringbone, pebble floors, benches and niches. Waterproofed properly behind the tile so it lasts longer than the trend that inspired it.
Flooring
Vinyl, hardwood, and tile, supplied and installed, including large-format and polished porcelain. We level and prep the subfloor first so the finish floor doesn't telegraph every flaw underneath. We don't install carpet.
Stairs, railings, popcorn removal & paint
Stair treads and open risers, glass and stainless railings, LED-lit treads, popcorn ceiling removal, and interior painting. We do these as part of a renovation or as standalone jobs.
Interior stone feature walls
Stone accent walls and hearth surrounds, the indoor side of our stone work, built into the same interior renovation.
Rough pricing
Interior renovations are quoted by room and scope. A full bathroom renovation usually starts in the mid four figures and moves with tile, glass, and fixture choices. Flooring is priced per square foot by material. We quote line by line once we've seen the space.
