The honest version

Stone on the front from one crew. Siding on the sides from another. Parging whenever somebody finally gets to it. The transitions never line up, and the flashing details get missed exactly where one trade's work meets the next. That's where the water gets in.

Full envelope refacing
Stone, stucco, and siding combined into one exterior. The front in stone, the sides in Hardie, the foundation parged, all detailed so the transitions read clean.
Siding & Hardie board
Fiber cement plank siding installed with proper flashing, fastener pattern, and joints. Not the corner-cutting version some siding crews leave behind.
Foundation & grade detailing
Parging and stone skirting to finish the bottom of the house, where most exteriors are left as 18 inches of bare grey concrete.
What we don't do
No roofing. If your exterior renovation needs a new roof, we'll point you to a roofer we'd hire ourselves and schedule our work around theirs.
Rough pricing
Exterior renovations are quoted by scope. A mixed stone-and-siding front elevation usually starts in the low five figures. Hardie board runs $9 to $14 per sq ft installed. We walk the whole exterior and quote line by line before any deposit changes hands.
