The honest version
Not every wall should be stone. Some should be stucco or parging done right.
Stucco failures we see most often are patches that don't blend, cracking at the bottom of walls where the wrong base coat was used, and parging that flakes off the foundation in three winters because someone skipped the bonding step.
We do these jobs the unglamorous-but-correct way: proper substrate prep, the right base and finish coats for the substrate, fiber-mesh embedded where it should be, and a final pass that matches the texture of what's already on the house.

Stucco patches & re-coats
Hairline cracks, blown-out corners, full elevation re-coats when the original stucco has reached the end of its life. We match texture and color to what's adjacent.
Foundation parging
The skim coat on the exposed concrete foundation. Done right, it lasts 15+ years. Done wrong, it flakes off in three.
Hardie board siding
Fiber cement plank siding when the budget or look calls for it. We install with proper flashing, fastener pattern, and joints — not the corner-cutting version some siding crews do.
Mixed exterior treatments
Most full exterior jobs are a mix: stone on the front, Hardie on the sides, parging on the foundation. We do all three with the same crew so the transitions read clean.
Rough pricing
Stucco patch repair: $400–$1,800. Foundation parging (typical home): $1,800–$3,800. Hardie board siding installed: $9–$14/sq ft, varies with substrate.
